Welcome to Salesforce Development Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of salesforcedevelopment.services and our other niche-specific domains (the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
01 About us
The Sites are operated by Salesforce Development Studio ("we," "us," "our"). We are a specialist studio supplying dedicated software development teams — senior engineers (full-stack, backend, mobile, DevOps) embedded long-term in our clients' product teams as extensions of their in-house engineering capacity.
02 Description of service
The Sites provide information about our services, editorial reviews of third-party vendors in the AI and software development space, and a contact form through which you can submit inquiries.
We do not provide an account-based product. The Sites do not require registration. There is no paid subscription or transactional commerce on the Sites themselves.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Sites for business purposes. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet these conditions.
04 Inquiries & communications
When you submit the contact form, you authorize us to:
- Respond to your inquiry by email
- Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry
We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent. You may request that we stop contacting you at any time by replying to any of our messages or emailing the address in Section 15.

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Sites, including third-party vendor information.
06 Editorial content & vendor reviews
The "Best Salesforce Development Studio Companies" and similar listicle pages on our Sites contain editorial opinions about third-party vendors. These reviews are:
- Our opinion, based on publicly available information and our reasonable judgment at the time of publication
- Not endorsements by the vendors themselves
- Not professional advice — they should not be the sole basis for any vendor-selection decision
Inclusion or omission of a vendor in our rankings does not imply that we have a business relationship with that vendor. Where we have an affiliate relationship, we disclose it in the relevant entry.
We update rankings periodically and reserve the right to change positions, add, or remove vendors at our sole discretion.
07 Third-party links
The Sites contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk.
08 User conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Sites
- Use the Sites to harass, threaten, or defame any person or organization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network associated with the Sites
- Use automated means to access the Sites in violation of our
robots.txtor our published rate limits - Use the Sites for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours
05 Intellectual property
All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, code, design, and editorial reviews — is owned by Salesforce Development Studio or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- View and read the content for personal or internal business use
- Share links to the Sites with proper attribution
- Quote brief excerpts for journalistic, academic, or commentary purposes with attribution
You may not:
- Republish substantial portions of our content without prior written permission
- Use our content to train machine learning models without prior written permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written permission
- Scrape the Sites in a manner that violates our robots.txt or imposes unreasonable load
10 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRM DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In jurisdictions where the foregoing exclusion is not permitted, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
13 Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, conducted in English in San Francisco, California, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
You and Salesforce Development Studio agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesforce Development Studio and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Sites.
14 Changes & severability
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes took effect. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Sites.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
